How does billing work?
The Network plan is billed annually at $11.88/year ($0.99/month). The Creator plan is billed monthly at $7.99/month. You can cancel anytime.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — your new plan starts immediately. To downgrade, use the billing portal on your Purchases page. Your current plan stays active until the end of its billing period.
What happens to my content if I downgrade?
Your content stays available as long as your storage usage is within your new plan's limit. If you exceed it, you'll be asked to delete content. If no action is taken, oldest videos are removed automatically.
What are Robot Ratings?
Robot Ratings let viewers vote on whether they think a video was generated by AI. It's a community-driven transparency tool available on Network and Creator plans.
What is Ember?
Ember is FlareNetwork's point system. Paid users get 24 Ember daily (free users get 7), refreshing at the start of each day. You can send Ember to content you value, boosting its ranking. Content with the most Ember appears on the front page as Wildfire. After 24 hours, Ember extinguishes and turns into Ash — a permanent record of total Ember a piece of content has ever received.
How is storage calculated?
Storage includes your raw uploads plus 4 processed video variants (360p, 480p, 720p, 1080p) per video. Processed videos are generally smaller than the original raw upload due to compression, but this is not guaranteed. Raw videos are automatically deleted after 30 days to save on storage space, so your long-term usage only reflects the processed variants.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
