Network is billed once a year ($11.88, which works out to $0.99 a month). Network Plus and Creator are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Yes. Upgrades start immediately. Unused time on your current plan is applied as credit first, then you are charged only the difference for the rest of the period — you never pay twice for the same time. Downgrades between monthly plans take effect at the end of your current period, so you keep what you paid for. Because Network is billed annually, switching to or from it applies immediately: the unused part of the year becomes credit toward the new plan.

Nothing is deleted. Your videos stay online and keep playing. If your storage use is above the new plan's limit, new uploads are blocked until you delete enough content to fit or move back to a larger plan.

Robot Ratings let viewers vote on whether they think a video was generated by AI. It's a community-driven transparency tool available on all paid plans.

Ember is FlareNetwork's point system. Paid users get 24 Ember daily (free users get 7), refreshing at the start of each day. You can send Ember to content you value, boosting its ranking. Content with the most Ember appears on the front page as Wildfire. After 24 hours, Ember extinguishes and turns into Ash — a permanent record of total Ember a piece of content has ever received.

Storage counts your original upload plus the processed versions we create for playback (360p, 480p, 720p, 1080p). Processed versions are usually smaller than the original, but not always.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
