How DMCA Works on FlareNetwork

FlareNetwork is dedicated to protecting copyright holders and fair use creators. It is the responsibility of copyright holders and creators to communicate and solve issues on their own. FlareNetwork will get involved if an issue cannot be resolved, and in most cases will side with copyright holders.

For Copyright Holders

If you believe a creator on FlareNetwork is using your assets you must contact the creator through our DMCA portal. You will need to create an account, provide documentation that you own the assets, then send a message to the creator.

FlareNetwork validates that you are the copyright holder and facilitates communication between you and the creator.

For Creators

Ensure you are using content in good faith and within fair use. If you are contacted by a valid copyright holder, you must respond within 5 business days and either comply with the holder or work together

Rules

• You must respond within 5 business days to either a copyright holder or a creator. Failure to respond will result in FlareNetwork taking action in favor of the last respondent.
• A resolution must be made within 30 days of first contact.
